“Dear old world you are very lovely and I’m glad to be alive in you.”

My theme for September is based on the book series Anne of green gables.

For the cover page I drew the green gables house. I was pleasantly surprised to find Green Gables is a real place! 

The house is located on Prince Edward Island, 8619 Cavendish Rd.

Purchased from Lucy Maude Montgomery’s family in 1936 by the Canadian government, it is now a museum and tourist attraction.  

For my calendar page I drew thirty 6×6 squares, with two extra boxes.

The first extra box I made a “This Month” box for events birthdays and tasks, and the second one was a “Goals” box.

I chose the quote “Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet” and added in a few falling leaves.

Next up is my Habit and Mood trackers for September.  For the habit tracker I drew miniature calendars and added more leaves!

(If you can’t tell already my favorite season is Autumn!)

In my mood tracker section, I drew two braids and added in a few more leaves to pull the spreads together. 

And for my final two spreads I have my reading tracker with this lovely quote “Our Library isn’t very extensive, but every book is a friend.”

Anne has so many amazing quotes!

And finally, my Autumn bucket list! Some of the things on the list I have completed already, and I can’t wait to fill it in all the way!!! Thats all for my September spread…
