๐ถ”I see a land with liberty for all, yet still I know the truth will rise and fall”…๐ถ
For my July theme I went with Liberty Kids, a series dedicated to early American history. When I was younger Liberty Kids was my favorite, bringing the 1700’s to life with such drama!
They definitely helped to instill a love of history and writing in me. Drawing these characters was very nostalgic and definitely made it one of my favorite themes this year!
For my Calendar Page I did 6×6 squares and tried to incorporate scenes from the intro like the ship that Sarah sailed to America in and the outline of the maps. Then I added a drawing of Benjamin Franklin because I was having so much fun drawing these characters!
Next up are my Habit and Mood trackers.
For my habit tracker I drew little calendars and highlighted the titles in red and blue. I also added a little doodle of Benjamin Franklins printing press.
For my Mood tracker I drew a piece of parchment paper and added a quill to track my moods. I created four fancy scribbles so at the end of the month it will look like a fancy document!
For my reading tracker I used a quote by Benjamin Franklin, “Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing”.
I added a bookshelf with eleven books to write my titles in, and a space for all the books I want to read. I included places to draw and fill in my titles.
That is all for my July set up and as always if you have any questions or would like to recreate any of my spreads tag me! I’d love to see them! IG: @its.between.the.pages FB: Between The Pages or follow the links below. thanks for reading and Happy 4th!
