Now that we’ve reached the middle of the year it’s time to pick out your second bullet journal.

With so many great options it’s nearly impossible to choose,

Two of my current favorites for 2023 are the Flower Shower in Coral and the Scribbles That Matter Journals.

I have used the Flower Shower Coral Journal from Papershire from January-June! (Currently on sale for $10.42) 

I will be using the Scribbles That Matter Iconic Journal beginning in July-December. (The current price is $20.00 and if you live in the US shipping is free.)

Both the Papershire and the Scribbles That Matter Journal are amazing! I will definitely be ordering both again. Links are below. 

For my cover page I went with a 60’s Flower Power Theme.  I had so much fun doodling!  I’m sure you can tell sunflowers are my favorite!

To create this spread I used My Scribbles That Matter fineliner and my zebra mildliners, but you can use any pen or marker you have on hand. Another budget friendly option is a set of markers that I have used for years, Crayola super tips!

They have an amazing range of colors and are my go To’s.

Next up is my future log, I continued the Flower Power theme using the various colors to highlight my Month Titles.

Creating the calendars is definitely the hardest part of the whole journal setup, at least for me…. If you have any calendar tips or tricks leave a comment down below!

The next two pages I created were the Grid Spacing Cheat sheet and my Goals Page.

Grid spacing pages are a must for my journals, they are especially useful for creating weekly spreads and calendar pages. When making them I always put them on the left side so I can flip easily between pages.

Goals pages are a lot of fun to make as there are many different ways to do them. This time around I have included a new space for university to track all of my self-education goals.

The possibilities are endless. Personal, health, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle!  Setting your goals for the month is a great way to stay on track and monitor your progress.

Last but not least is my TBR list (to be read) and books that I have read trackers! If you have any book recommendations, please leave a comment below I am always on the hunt for great books.

This year I plan to read 100 books. If I read 13 books a month from now to December, I will be golden!!
